Animal Care

Fudge

During 2007 and 2008, people involved in agriculture gave us a fascinating insight into the care given to the rearing of farm animals and the dedication that goes into maintaining their health for the benefit of both the British population and overseas markets. Farmers are overwhelmingly proud of their livestock and put a lot of effort into their well being.

Please click on the audio extracts below for a glimpse into some aspects of animal care including the unusual, the humorous and potentially dangerous situations Yorkshire farmers encounter on a daily basis.
