The Yorkshire Museum of Farming is once again hosting it’s annual Christmas event: The Santa Special! Enjoy a fun family day out this December, and see our Viking Village transformed into a magical winter wonderland.
We have lots going on! You can start by taking a tour around Santa’s village, led by our chief elf – the infamous, mischievous Bauble! Wander around the festive village, and take a peek at Santa’s house! You can even visit the elves’ exclusive workshop, and help them solve The Case of the Missing Sleigh; an original Murton Park pantomime!
But the festive fun doesn’t end there – you can also take a ride on Murton’s very own steam train*, where all the children can meet Santa, and receive an early Christmas present. Meanwhile adults can cosy up in our café, and enjoy a complimentary glass of sherry, and a mince pie by the fire.
The Santa Special will be running on these dates – No booking required!
