Viking School Holiday Activities

4th – 27th August (selected dates see Eventbrite link)

Meet your Viking guide and they introduce you to the recreated Viking village.

Children can become Viking craftspeople and make a clay lamp to take home to remember their time as a Viking.

See if they are brave enough to train with a spear and shield to become a ferocious Viking warrior.

At the end of the session you will be welcomed in to the Viking Longhouse to see how it would have been to live as a Viking.

These activities are taken from our KS2 (age 7- 11) workshops but children much younger and older still very much enjoy it.

Due to Social Distancing measures this is being limited to a maximum of 6 children per session, all equipment will be sanitised between groups and staff will wear PPE where appropriate.

All tickets are booked through Eventbrite and cost £5 per child plus 98p Eventbrite booking fee)

YOU MUST HOLD A MURTON PARK TICKET TO TAKE PART IN THIS EVENT. (if you don’t hold one these can be purchased when you arrive and will last for 12 months)
